- Have you received your Possession Order, but the tenant (contract holder) is still in the property?

As a landlord, you still must comply with legislation.
You will have to provide the tenant (contract holder) with the written terms of their occupation contract before the 1st of June 2023. Even if notice has already been served or you are in proceedings or waiting for a Bailiff date.
