Gamlins Law staff have helped to spruce up the waterfront at Rhyl.
Our team, which also included friends and family, took part in the beach clean at the weekend.
During the clean-up, more than 120kg of rubbish was picked up and almost 200 cans and bottles.
Keith Jones, one of the organisers of the event, said: “We are grateful to everyone at Gamlins Law and elsewhere who took part in the beach clean.
“We had 20 people at the Saturday event and about 50 at the Sunday event.
“The Sunday coincided with UK National Children’s Day with the focus on getting youngsters into the great outdoors and enjoying fresh air. It was therefore lovely to see so many of our future citizens taking part over the weekend.”
Josie Jones, a Gamlins Law solicitor, said: “We were delighted to get involved in the beach clean and are already planning to take part in similar events in the future.”
During the past year staff at Gamlins Law have completed over 1,000 hours of volunteering under the firm’s ‘Give with Gamlins’ initiative.
Staff also regularly get involved in charitable activities including cake sales, coffee mornings and dragon boat races and collections for food and clothing banks.
An anti-plastic initiative was also launched as part of ‘Give with Gamlins’ with the firm supplying all staff with reusable water bottles and coffee cups.
