A leading law firm in North Wales has enhanced its private client service for people living in the Vale of Clwyd.
Gamlins Law has appointed solicitor Gwenllian Gwynedd as Head of Private Client for the area, supported by paralegals Glesni Jones and Shauna Bland.
The three lawyers work across Gamlins Law’s Vale offices in Ruthin, Denbigh and Mold. Gamlins has further offices in Rhyl, Abergele and Holywell.
Gwenllian joined Gamlins Law in March 2021, while Shauna joined just over a year ago and Glesni during the summer.
The team provides a full range of Private Client services including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Probate and Estate Administration.
Gwenllian and Glesni are both fluent Welsh speakers and can prepare legal documentation through the medium of Welsh if required.
Gwenllian said: “Our objective is to provide as many people as possible in the Vale with the best possible legal services. In addition to being able to provide our services in English and Welsh, we are happy to carry out appointments at clients’ homes and, if appropriate, at hospital.
“I am excited to be leading the Private Client team in the Vale. As a local person who was born and raised in Mold and who married a Ruthin lad, I am passionate about the area and about the need to ensure local people can access the legal services they need in the way that best suits them.
“I am delighted to have two ambitious paralegals in my team, both of whom are striving to become solicitors.”
Gwenllian added: “I joined Gamlins Law in 2021 following my maternity leave. I was attracted by the strong reputation that the firm has across North Wales and the potential for career progression. I was also keen to focus solely on Private Client work.”
Ron Davison, Managing Director of Gamlins Law, said: “Gwenllian’s promotion to lead the Vale of Clwyd Private Client team is hugely deserved and testament to the career progression programme we have in place within our business. It is important to us that talented people at Gamlins Law and those who may be considering joining us know that they can build a long-term career with the leading provider of legal services in North Wales.”
Gamlins Law employs over 80 people across its six offices and provides a full range of other legal services including Commercial, Commercial Property, Residential Property, Criminal and Regulatory, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, Litigation, Family and Matrimonial and Employment Law.
