Gamlins LLP Office Update

By Gamlins Solicitors,

August 5, 2020

For information on our Abergele, Denbigh, Holywell, Rhyl, Ruthin & Mold offices. Please click here

We are delighted to advise that we have re-opened our offices on an appointment only basis. All reception areas have been fitted with screens to protect the health and welfare of you and all our staff as this remains our main priority. A full risk assessment to comply with government legislation in relation to COVID-19 has been undertaken to ensure your safety in accordance with the issued guidelines.

Please note that due to current Welsh Government guidance we are offering face to face appointments only where absolutely necessary. If you do require an appointment, please contact the office by telephone initially where you will be advised of the appropriate procedure. The decision as to whether an appointment takes place face to face or remotely will remain at the discretion of the individual member of staff who is dealing with your matter.

If you have documents that need delivering to us please if possible scan these via email or alternatively you can post your documents through the door where they will be securely received by a staff member.

We can assure you that we will deal with your matters as expeditiously as possible and will continue to use technology for face to face meetings such as skype, teams and zoom in addition to the above process in an attempt to reduce person to person contact.

Many thanks for your co-operation at this time.
