Lasting Powers of Attorney
We understand that it can be difficult to think about being unable to look after your own affairs in the future. However, by making a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) you will ensure that people you know and trust will be in control of your health and/or finances if the time comes when you are no longer able to deal with matters yourself.
You can also have a Business Lasting Power of Attorney which authorises a nominated person, or persons, to make decisions in relation to your business if you are unable to make decisions yourselves.
Our experienced team of solicitors work with individuals, families and businesses and can guide you through all aspects of your LPA.
