I have been a Partner at Gamlins Solicitors LLP since 1995 having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 1985.

A range of commercial transactions have been handled by me, including acquisitions, purchases and sales of caravan parks, leases and disposals of hotels, shops, industrial premises, nursing homes and similar properties.

A number of developers regularly instruct me in site acquisitions, site layouts, and plot disposals. Additionally, I assist professional pension trustees with the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of properties, as well as the arrangements for supplemental legal charges and loan facilities.

Along with my commercial practice, I have extensive experience in inheritance tax planning involving trusts.
