I am an Associate Solicitor and joined Gamlins Solicitors LLP in August 2022.

I advise clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing to include the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, shared ownership/equity release schemes, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

I also advise on the preparation of Occupation Contracts which replaced Tenancy Agreements in 2023.
