Samuel joined Gamlins Law in March 2018 having practised in the Midlands at a successful regional firm since 2016. Prior to this, Samuel completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School and graduated from the University of Derby with a 2:1 LLB Law degree. Having completed his training contract at Gamlins Law, gaining exposure to civil litigation, contentious probate matters and commercial property, Samuel is now Solicitor in the private client department.
Samuel’s areas of expertise include Will drafting, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and administering Estates with both UK and foreign assets. Samuel also has a wealth of experience of working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners focusing on estate planning, tax advice and business powers of attorney to ensure a both personal and business assets are protected.
As well as being able to advise on wide range of matters, Samuel prides himself on providing a high level of service, swiftly progressing matters and delivering advice in a matter that puts the client at ease.
Samuel is a fluent German speaker with a solid understanding of technical vocabulary on legal matters. He enjoys running and keeping fit in his spare time.
