Melissa joined Gamlins Law in April 2016 and is part of our Residential Conveyancing Team.

Melissa deals with all aspects of conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership/equity, re-mortgage, bridging loans, equity release, sales, purchases, transfers etc.

Melissa has worked her way up through the firm and is currently at the final stage of obtaining her CILEx qualification. She has undertaken various modules via CILEx namely, Family Law and Practice, Contract Law, Tort, Land Law, Conveyancing, Criminal Law, Client Care and Legal Research. Melissa achieved her ACILEx accreditation in August 2022 and continues to progress in order achieve her ultimate goal which is to become a CILEx Lawyer.

Melissa has also recently sat her Wills & Succession exam and has taken part in the Free Will Scheme that our firm participates in each year in order to raise money for charity.

During Melissa’s time with the firm, she has worked in our Abergele, Rhyl, Holywell and Mold offices.

As Melissa works full time and studies part time, she has very little spare time. However, in her spare time, she does enjoy spending time with her family and friends and enjoys arts and crafts.
