Debbie Owens

Debbie has built up a thriving practice in child law and regularly undertakes her own advocacy in the majority of cases including complex matters involving a number of expert witnesses.

Debbie is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and has experience of dealing with a variety of private and public law cases before Magistrates, District, Circuit and High Court Judges.

Debbie is a very experienced and senior advocate and regularly represents children and guardians in public law proceedings.
