Charlotte joined Gamlins Law in February 2025 as a Solicitor in the Employment department from a Chester-based firm, after qualifying as a Solicitor in June 2023.
Charlotte graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in law in 2019 and completed her LPC and master’s in law at the University of Law, Chester with a Distinction in 2020.
Charlotte is happy to advise both Respondents and Claimants, having experience in advising large enterprises, SMEs, and charities. She can assist with a wide range of matters, including unfair and constructive dismissal claims, discrimination cases, redundancy exercises and restructures, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employment tribunals.
In addition, Charlotte provides practical advice on other employment matters such as performance management, and drafting employment contracts and handbooks.
Charlotte enjoys spending time with her partner and her Labrador, Kipper, whether it’s at home or out exploring. She loves discovering new places to eat, baking, and getting lost in a good book.
