Ben Whiting

Ben advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate work. Ben joined Gamlins from an international law firm and works on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions of residential development sites, financing, site set-up and plot sales.

Ben is experienced in negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, purchase and sale of commercial properties and lease management work. He has worked with a wide range of clients from publicly listed companies to SMEs and private individuals.

Ben grew up in North Wales and graduated from Cardiff University with a Law degree in 2012.
