Are you an organised, detail-driven legal professional with a passion for commercial property? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of property transactions and play a key role in supporting our solicitors through every stage of the process — from instruction to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing. The role will involve supporting the team with administration duties and client communication.
  • Preparing and submitting Land Transaction Tax (LTT) returns and ensuring compliance with HMRC and Welsh Revenue Authority requirements
  • Managing post-completion tasks including:
    • Registration of title and other interests with HM Land Registry
    • Submission of SDLT/LTT forms
    • Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth completion
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as  simple contracts, leases, and reports on title
  • Conducting due diligence including title checks, searches, and reviewing replies to CPSEs
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a commercial property legal environment (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of LTT/SDLT and post-completion procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and legal case management systems
  • A legal qualification (e.g. LPC, CILEX) is desirable but not essential

Job Title:  Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Serious Injury Department

Location: Rhyl, with flexibility to work between all offices.

Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Serious Injury Department based in North Wales. We are inviting applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.  It is essential that applicants are confident in their ability to advocate to get the best possible outcomes for the client and have a thorough understanding of cost and Clinical Negligence.

Requirements:

  • Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage own caseload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and legal research tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.
  • Dealing with pre and post issue cases.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of personal injury law.
  • Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support claims.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, schedule of loss and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiating settlements with opposing parties and their legal representatives.
  • Representing clients in court both in person and remotely.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with 2 years + PQE to join our Litigation team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a busy caseload of general litigation matters which include property and boundary disputes, debt recovery, commercial property disputes, breach of contract, civil disputes and contentious estates. Experience in one or more of those fields will be required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and property disputes.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Case management system experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join our Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases.
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing transfer documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on case management systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
