Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and initially dealt with all aspects of family law. She has specialised in divorce, relationship breakdown and the financial aspect of both for the last 25 years and has built up a formidable reputation in this area of law. In addition, Rachel prepares pre-nuptial agreements to protect against the financial uncertainty which can come with the breakdown of a marriage.
Rachel is very well experienced in acting within contested court proceedings if matters cannot be settled by negotiation.
