Dawne has almost 30 years’ legal experience and specialises in residential conveyancing but also deals with the acquisition and sale of agricultural and development land, mortgages, Help to Buy schemes, auctions and easements.
She commenced employment with our predecessor firm, William Jones and Talog Davies, in Denbigh in 1995 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004 with a Distinction in Conveyancing Practice.
Dawne originates from Liverpool but has lived in Denbigh most of her life and has formed excellent relationships with the people, estate agents and solicitors of Denbigh and across North Wales.
Dawne is passionate about nature and the environment and In her spare time, enjoys visiting nature reserves, National Trust properties, CADW sites and countryside walking with her family and dog. Dawne also volunteers as a receptionist in St Kentigern Hospice in St Asaph.
